Brisbane based artist Milena Luna is joined by Canberra singer, songwriter and harmonica player Dorothy Jane Gosper for a soulful performance of Milena Luna’s songs. The repertoire includes jazz, bossa nova and folk styles.
Milena sings of loss, hope, love and nature. She has twice been awarded top ten in the World Songwriting contest in the pop and alternative categories. Milena has performed at the National Folk Festival, Cobargo Folk Festival and has been selected for the Maleny Music Festival for November this year.
Since 1995 Dorothy Jane Gosper has performed in and fronted numerous blues, jazz and roots acts, released eight albums and two EPs. She has been influenced by Australian harmonica legend, Jim Conway and US ‘white bluesman’ Charlie Musselwhite, among others.
