Launching in 2019, Terroux offers writers and other artists a residency venue with optional professional writer and publisher advisory services. Terroux provides a peaceful and comfortable environment for writers to concentrate on their work. Visual artists wishing to work en plein air are also welcome.

Accommodation is in a comfortable self-contained suite on the west wing of the family home.

Resident artists may choose to stay for periods between a weekend and a fortnight.

Breakfast and lunch will be available in the house or in the artist’s suite and you are invited to join the family for dinner if you wish.

If writers wish, we can arrange a paid consultation with a successful published author and/or with a publisher for advice and comment about your work. Please note that these are not long comprehensive consultations but rather an opportunity to seek feedback and general direction.
