Connection  – the theme of 2026 Yoga Retreats

Barbara and Mary look forward to connecting with old friends and meeting new ones at their one-day yoga retreats at Terroux in 2026. Groups will explore the theme of Connection between us, connection within us

These retreats have been shaped by the beautiful people who have attended, growing into a circle of support and comfort.  Each retreat provides the opportunity to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of presence, connection and ease, through gentle yoga, sound healing, guided relaxation and quiet reflection.
